Q1. How far in advance can I book?
A1. In general, bookings are accepted up to 3 days before the tour date (some tours accept until 2 or 1 day prior). For private or special experiences, please contact us early.

 

Q2. Is there a minimum number of participants?
A2. Many tours require 2 or more participants. Some experiences can run for 1 person—please inquire.

 

Q3. What happens after my booking is confirmed?
A3. We will send you a confirmation email with meeting point, meeting time, what to bring, and an emergency contact number.

 

Q4. Are there any age or health restrictions?
A4. Many experiences recommend age 6+ and set basic health/safety guidelines. If you are pregnant or have any medical conditions, please consult us in advance.

 

Q5. Do you offer child rates or group discounts?
A5. Yes. We typically offer child fares (e.g., ages 6–12) and group discounts      for 4+ people. Please contact us.

Payment & Pricing

Q6. What payment methods are available?

A6. We accept major credit cards (VISA / Master / AMEX / JCB), PayPal,   bank transfer, and online payments (e.g., Stripe). 
  In some cases, on-site payment in Japanese yen or by credit card is   available.

Q7. Can you issue a quotation or invoice?

A7. Yes. We can issue quotations and invoices. Corporate and travel-agency   requests are welcome.

Q8. Do exchange rates affect the price?

A8. Prices are shown in Japanese yen (JPY)
  If paying from overseas, card/payment service FX fees may apply.

Cancellations & Changes

Q9. When do cancellation fees apply?

A9. Example policy:
  Until the day before: Free
  Same-day / No-show: 100%

Q10. Can I change my date or course after booking?

A10. If you contact us by 2 days before the tour, we can change it subject to   availability. 
  A handling fee may apply.

Q11. What if there is bad weather or a natural disaster?

A11. If we judge that safe operation is not possible due to rain, strong   winds,  typhoons, etc.,
  the tour may be canceled or modified
  In that case, we offer a full refund or rescheduling.

What’s Included & On-the-day Support

Q12. What is included in the price?

A12. Typically experience fees, guide fees, necessary equipment rental,   local transportation (if any), and insurance. Each tour page lists what   is included/excluded.

Q13. Are guides available in languages other than Japanese?

A13. Yes. English (and often Chinese/Korean, etc.) guides are available.   Please book early for specific languages.

Q14. Are there restroom or meal breaks?

A14. Many courses include short café/restaurant stops

  You’re welcome to bring snacks. Restrooms are available at major   stops.

Q15. Do you provide insurance?

A15. Yes. Participants are covered by travel accident insurance (e.g.,   personal injury)

  Personal belongings or delays may be outside the coverage; please   check details in advance.

Access, Meeting Point & Transportation

Q16. How do I get to the meeting point?
A16. We will provide the nearest station/bus stop and address for each   tour. Pickup options from major cities (e.g., Osaka/Kobe) may be   available.

 

Q17. What if I get lost or arrive late?
A17. Please call the emergency contact provided. After departure, joining   may not be possible; we will advise individually, but the experience may   be shortened or forfeited.

Other (Languages, Safety, Reviews)

Q18. Do you support languages other than English?
A18. Depending on the guide, Chinese, Korean, Thai, etc. may be available.   Please request in advance for guaranteed support.

 

Q19. Can I take photos?
A19. Photography is generally allowed. Sharing on social media is   welcome. Some places (e.g., sacred sites, private workshops) may 

  restrict shooting—please follow your guide’s instructions.

 

Q20. Can I see reviews from past participants?
A20. Yes. We publish guest reviews and photos on our website. They are   helpful for first-time visitors.
